These methods can be best gained by close and systematic organization. In these days we hear of a florists' labor union in Washington that is part of the American Federation of Labor. A walk-out in all of the greenhouses of the country is not a remote possibility, for labor unions grow quickly. These are only a few of the needs to be met by this new organization. Part of it is to regulate production.
