YOKOSUKA, Japan (Aug. 29, 2018) Lt. Alan Karlo Mangubat speaks with a University of Maryland University College staff member at Fleet and Family Support Center Yokosuka’s Job Fair onboard Fleet Activities (FLEACT) Yokosuka. Representatives from 20 organizations spoke one-on-one with community members seeking employment, education information, and transition assistance at the event. FLEACT provides, maintains, and operates base facilities and services in support of 7th Fleet's forward-deployed naval forces, 71 tenant commands, and 27,000 military and civilian personnel.
