Bell tower of St Nicholas Naval Cathedral, St Petersburg, Russia, 2011. The Baroque cathedral was designed by Savva Chevakinsky and built between 1753 and 1762. Its interior walls are decorated with paintings depicting scenes from the history of the Russian Navy. The separate free standing bell tower, also by Chevakinsky, was completed in 1758.
