It is interesting to note, how-ever, that the growths became more and more pedunculated ; one, at last, was so movableas to be almost floating, andfinally all contracted more orless. On the 23d of May, 1894,I had an opportunity of ex-amining the patient, andfound that, in the right eye,two of the four tumors had disappeared entirely. The one ex-ternally had been reduced to a mere point about half a milli-meter in diameter, while the globular one below, hanging bya pedicle, measured two and one-half millimeters in the other eye, the two smaller points had disappeared, andthe one below measured only one and one-half millimeters indiameter.
