Since opening a couple of years ago, Princi has become the principal hangout for Italians-who-lunch, Soho's media pack and the occasional student opting for something nicer than a supermarket baguette. Long black granite counters filled with comestibles stretch across the length of the room, starting with sweets by the door and ending with hot savouries and drinks at the back.
