OAK HARBOR, Wash. (June 14, 2018) Cmdr. Derrick W. Eastman, outgoing commander, Patrol Squadron (VP-46), is piped aboard during the change of command ceremony for VP-46 at Naval Air Station (NAS) Whidbey Island. During the ceremony, Cmdr. Michael D. Bishop relieved Cmdr. Derrick W. Eastman as commanding officer of the "Grey Knights" of VP-46.
