Rogers from the Corps, Brigadier General Wheeler, the Chief Ordnance Officer, and Colonel J. M. Carson from the C. branch. The photograph was taken on July 29, 1918, by Pvt. Goldshlag and was passed by the Censor on August 13, 1918.
