BLACK SEA (Oct. 14, 2014) – Damage Controlman 3rd Class Gordon Neelands explains the components of a fire extinguisher to Machinist Repairman 3rd Class Achibald Salcedo the aboard the Arleigh Burke-class guided-missile destroyer USS Cole (DDG 67). Cole, homeported in Norfolk, Va., is conducting naval operations in the 6th Fleet area of operations in support of national security interests in Europe.
