The Pyramid of Meidum or Maidum is a location of a large pyramid, and several large mud-brick mastabas. It was originally built for Huni, the last pharaoh of the Third Dynasty and was continued by Sneferu. The Pyramid collapsed because the decision to extend the construction plan two times in a row, while the pyramid was already under construction. The pyramid is called el-haram el-kaddab or Fake Pyramid
