That there is beauty in color and that suchbeauty has an educational value, FrederickFroebel knew, when he urged mothers tosoothe their fretful children by the sight ofmany-colored balls. Excellent substitutesfor Froebels gifts we have in boxes ofcelluloid balls of various hues now sold inalmost every notion store.
