Hewas appointed brevet brig-adier-general of volunteersMarch 13, 1865. Brigadier-General Albin Schoepf, aHungarian refugee, held thecommand of Fort Delawareuntil he was mustered out,January 15,1866. No prison. GRATIOT STREET PRISON, ST.
