Les Vergers de Sennevieres, independent farm and farm shop in Chevreville (northern France): this 80-hectare farm, which has been awarded the 3rd “Haute Valeur Environnementale” label (High Environmental Value) and the “100% Vergers ecoresponsables” label (100% Eco-Friendly Orchard), produces between 3,000 and 4,000 tonnes of conventional and organic apples and pears each year (Gala, Golden, Jonagold, Elstar and many other varieties) to promote biodiversity. Here, water circuits with automated calibration to avoid damaging the fruits, in the packing station.
