Watersnood 1953. After two months, the water in this place, which is still completely isolated, is still as high as on the day of the storm disaster on 1 February 1953. Only by rowing boat can the village where 15 people are present. Water supply is made by tanker boat, which is done in tanks on the spot. Victims are still being looked for and as much as possible is still being extracted from the water, which may still be useful in the future.
