TRONDHEIM, Norway (Nov 5, 2018) – Fire Controlman 3rd Class Emily Yanke mans a Mark 38 25mm machine gun control module aboard the Blue Ridge-class command and control ship USS Mount Whitney (LCC 20), while departing Trondheim, Norway, Nov 5, 2018. Mount Whitney, forward-deployed to Gaeta, Italy, is participating in multilateral Exercise Trident Juncture 18 which is designed to certify NATO response forces and develop interoperability among participating NATO partner nations.
