Charles-Edouard Richefeu (1868 - 1945), a bronze sculpture "Vive l'Empereur" Foot Grenadier of the Garde Impériale (First Empire) with outstretched arms, a musket in his right hand (removable) and a bearskin hat in his left. The artist's signature "Ch. Richefeu" is on the base. Foundry mark, "Susse Frères" in Paris. Height 100 cm. Charles-Edouard Richefeu studied under D. Puech and in 1904 became a member of the French Artists Society and exhibited regularly at the Salon des Artistes Francais.
