A radio 3 MKII("B2")of the British Special Operation Executive(SOE),from the Second World War. Consisting of two components: the sender(1944)and receiver(Model 3/II,missing one knob). The miniature Morse key was probably on the cover of "spares box",the "power supply unit" is also absent. Three "quartz plate" 1943(for frequency regulation,stamped "AM" for Air Ministry),one "crystal unit D C-11-E grade C"(stamped "AM" and "US Signal Corps"),four oscillating coils "L2 A/B" for frequency change,headphones "SGB CLR" and civilian case are included.
