09/07/15 Artist, Claudia Araceli, paints the scene at Cotswold Lavender where 35 different varieties of lavender paint their own different shades of purple across the Vale of Evesham in Worcestershire. Over the last 15 years 250,000 plants have been planted in rows totalling more than 70 miles. The lavender is distilled on the farm and used in a variety of lavender products. Claudia and a dozen members of the Cheltenham Art Club today joined coach loads of visitors who flocked to witness the spectacle today. All Rights Reserved - F Stop Press.
