Picture By Roger Bamber: 12 August 2003: Volks Railway Driver Victoria Grant manoevers newly restored Volks Car , built in 1910, out of the Paston Place depot in readiness for the days service between Palace Pier and Black Rock. The train, one of 7 on the worlds first electric railway is seen through the Wooden Wheel Pattern used to cast its new wheels.
