A large globular orange colored variety of the Mangel that is even a better keeper than the Long Red. It produces fine crops upon shallow soil, which, added to its remarkably fine feeding qualities, makes it the most desireable globe variety we have tested. Oz., 5c: Oz.,10c: lb., 15c; lb., 40c. YELLOW GLOBE. Very productive and a good keeper ; preferred to the long varieties on shallow soil. Pkt., 3c; oz., 5c; J4lb., 15c; lb., 35c. -BORECOLE or IDinterfobl, Ger. Breton, Sp. Chou vert, Fr. 1 oz. to plants. A member of the Cabbage Family. Seeds may be sown in a moderate rich soil, in an exposed situation, in April or May.
