Just a tiny little snapshot found amongst a pile of odds and ends. It was clearly taken on something primitive, the way the tree blurs toward the edge of the frame shows this It looks quite rural although she doesn't, so maybe the family were on holiday somewhere. That's a traditional wooden wheelbarrow she's perched on the handle of, and while it has obviously been set up and could have been very ordinary, the way she is illuminated by the light against a darkening background adds a moody look to the end print. I'd guess 1920s by the hair style and the hair band.
