Fore wing ochreous white, the base and terminal area tinged with green, the eosta faintly tinged with rufous ; a small fiery red streak on base of inner margin ; an irregularly elliptical dark sap-green subbasal patch from eosta to median nervure, its lower part diffused, with some reddish brown on subcostal nervure; a black discoidal point; a faint diffused brownish medial line from vein 2 to inner margin ; an oblique sap-green streak from eosta just beyond middle to vein 7 with traces of a sinuous postmedial line arising from it, some rufous on eosta beyond it with some grey below it before the subterminal lino which is represented by a series of small obscure blackish marks strongly angled outwards at vein 7 and middle : a whitish subapical spot. Hind wing yellow, the inner area tinged with fiery red ; a red discoidal point; a diffused red subterminal lino and narrow terminal band. Underside of fore wing tinged with fiery red ; hind wing with some red irroration on costal area, a red discoidal lunule, sinuous red postmedial and subterminal lines from eosta to vein 5, some grev on termen. Head and thorax purple-grey, the tegulae deep sap-green ; palpi brownish ; the tarsi brownish ringed with white ; abdomen grey-white with fulvous yellow segmental lines on ventral surface. Fore wing purplc-grey, the inner area deeper purple except towards base ; a sap-green antemedial band edged by white and on outer side also by black, obli(iuo, sinuous, from eosta to vein 1, constricted f5>i.
