Torrechiara Castle is a fifteenth-century manor house with medieval and Renaissance features at the same time; [2] located on the top of a panoramic rocky hill at the gates of Val Parma, it is flanked by the small medieval village of Torrechiara, a hamlet of Langhirano, in the province of Parma.
