Vaskan Jacobs, a water purification specialist from the 630th Quartermaster Detachment, Virgin Islands National Guard disconnects the hose to a water buffalo to prepare it for storage at Camp Phoenix during Operation Forward Guardian II on St. Croix, June 7. The 610th Quartermaster Company worked in conjunctioin with the 630th QM Det. to provide water to approximately 200 VING and Indiana Army Reserves Soldiers everyday during the five-day exercise. 630th QM Detachment provides Camp Phoenix with water 140607-A-TE473-009
