Dagmara Chmielewska from the Association of Hurricane Hearts WOSP is one of the biggest, non-governmental, non-profit, charity organizations in Poland. It was founded in 1993 by Jerzy Owsiak, Lidia Niedźwiedzka-Owsiak, Bohdan Maruszewski, and Piotr Burczyński.
