The Stryd Lydan Barn with cruck and timber frame at 's Museum Cardiff. The cruck frame dates from about 1550. The timber frame was built in around 1600 and the two halves linked to form a single building It is thatched with straw and wheat and was moved from Penley, Wrexham, to the Museum in 1950
