Forthe purpose of fastening the diagonalbraces there are six gusset sheets. Thereis one at each end and one at the centerof the bolster, the one at the center beingthe plate (6) already referred to. At theends of the bolster there are two gussetplates (17) which are riveted to the topof the horizontal leg of one of the anglesforming the base of the bolster.
