Uterus vascularization, uterine artery, ovary, ovarian artery. The uterine artery arises from the primary iliac artery having given two branches, an external iliac artery which goes down towards the lower limb and an internal iliac internal iliac artery gives several branches of which the uterine artery which vascularizes the uterus and the middle two thirds of the fallopian tube. The ovarian or ovarian artery detaches from the ventral side of the abdominal aorta.
