Team JSTARS, consisting of the Georgia Air National Guard 116th ACW, Air Force active duty 461st ACW, and ARMY JSTARS, flies the only E-8C Joint Surveillance Target Attack Radar System, or Joint STARS, manned platform providing command and control, intelligence, surveillance, reconnaissance and battle management to combatant commanders across the globe.
