With the rapid vanishing of grazing land, it would seem that the price of beef is destined to continue rising. In my case there is a shifting of demand for meat. It is more fowl and less beef. This is due partly to price and particularly to the relative merits of the meats. He who enters the duck business can depend upon a growing market.âHomer Derr in Rural World.
