John Boyes, the officer mobilization detailer for Commander, Navy Reserve Forces Command (CNRFC), explains the mobilization selection process to the Honorable James Stewart, Under Secretary of Defense for Personnel and Readiness, during a tour of the Reserve force command. CNRFC is the operational headquarters of the Navy Reserve managing the administrative, readiness and mobilization requirements for all Reserve Sailors.
