Army Maj. Gen. Brian J. Mennes, deputy commanding general, XVIII Airborne Corps, addresses the audience during the Fort Bragg 9/11 Remembrance Ceremony held at the Main Post chapel on Sept. 11, 2022 at Fort Bragg, The ceremony featured a firing party, a wreath laying ceremony and performances from the 82nd Airborne Division Band and the 82nd Airborne Division Chorus as the greater Fort Bragg and Fayetteville community remembered the lives lost during the Sept. 11 attacks on the World Trade Center, the Pentagon and United Airlines Flight 93.
