Perkins, Governor of California: The State Board of Equalization herewith submit to your Excel-lency the following report: The statements particularly required by the Political Code to bereported, as well as others wdiich are deemed enough of public inter-est to prepare, are contained in the several schedules hereto annexed : Schedule A is a summarized statement of the reports of the Audi-tors, showing total value of all property upon which the State taxwas levied for 1880. The true value is stated in Schedule 0. Schedule B shows the amounts to be raised for State purposes, andrate of State tax for the 32d fiscal year.
