HACHINOHE, Japan (March 17, 2011) - Builder 2nd Class Charles Hannah, from Tulsa Okla., and a member of the Japan Maritime Self Defense Force (JMSDF) clean up debris at the FISC Yokosuka Defense Fuel Support Point Hachinohe. More than ten JMSDF Sailors volunteered to assist in the clean-up of the facility after a magnitude earthquake triggered a devastating tsunami along the eastern coast of Japan.
