5TH FLEET AREA OF OPERATIONS (April 24, 2017) Hospital Corpsman 2nd Class Zachary B. Wagner demonstrates life saving techniques with Cpl. Jeffery D. Ott during a combat life saver class aboard the amphibious dock landing ship USS Carter Hall (LSD 50). Carter Hall is part of the Bataan Amphibious Ready Group, deployed to the 5th Fleet area of operations in support of maritime security operations designed to reassure allies and partners, and preserve the freedom of navigation and the free flow of commerce in the region.
