Oct 14, 2009 - Shielded from public view, the world largest privately owned yacht, the Eclipse, is currently being built at Blohm & Voss shipyard in the German port of Hamburg. At an estimated cost of roughly 800 Million Euros, the yacht owned by Russian oil tycoon Roman Abramovich features two helipads, a submarine as well as a missile defence system and a laser anti-paparazzi shield.
