protester imitating Boris Johnson who compared himself to the Incredible Hulk throwing off the shackles of the EU. The protester was outside the Supreme Court in London during the hearing to challenge the Prorogation of Parliament. 17th Sept prorogation of the Parliament, was ordered by Queen Elizabeth II upon the advice of the Conservative Prime Minister, Boris Johnson, on 28 August 2019. opposition politicians saw this as an unconstitutional attempt to reduce parliamentary scrutiny of the Government's Brexit plan.
