Every chapter willhave copies of both works before the close of the session, and thedelegates should discuss them both with their chapters, so thatbetter results may be obtained and time saved at the Conclave. It is absolutely necessary that every chapter send a railroad rates will be about one-half the regular fare, onaccount of the Jamestown Exposition, and delegates should pur-chase their tickets to Jamestown via Richmond, with the privi-lege of ten days stop over at Richmond.
