The Eye Film Institute, which is located in the Overhoeks neighbourhood, was opened in 2012 by Queen Beatrix and dedicated to the preservation of the country's film heritage. The earliest material dates from the start of the film industry in Holland in 1895. It was designed by the firm of Delugan Meissl The image also contains a large square advertisement hoarding for the Van Gogh exhibition
