NAVAL BASE GUAM, Guam (Aug 5, 2022) – Sailors participate in command pay and personnel administrator (CPPA) training on Naval Base Guam, Aug 5. This training is designed to improve the quality and timeliness of CPPA-submitted transactions, and was conducted around the world covering topics such as CPPA system accesses, permanent change of station (PCS), gains and transfers, records of emergency data and dependency applications, separations and retirements, PCS travel claims, and personnel and pay enterprise customer relationship management.
