Birmingham International Railway Station, Birmingham, UK. 6th February, 2016. Former EDL leader Tommy Robinson together with up to 250 hundreds supporters take part in a mile-long “silent march” close to Birmingham International Railway Station. The recently reformed group, Pegida UK, planned the gathering as part of a series of similar protests across Europe. A counter-protest to the Pegida rally, organised by Birmingham Unite Against Fascism, was also due to take place in the city centre.
