If sensitive persons are experimented with they can also bebrought into the hypnotic state by having them occupy a com-fortable position, closing the eyes, and keeping the right hand. Everybody can not be a hyp7iotist. To be one requires astrong and sound constitution, a determined will, and a largepractice to learn to concentrate that will. There are, of course, a number of people who possess con-siderable power in that line if they had it developed properly;and many would only waste their time by devoting the
