Lillian Joy aged three and her mum, Bethan, pictured outside their home in Swansea, south Wales, during the nationwide doorstep bell ring. The event echoed the Clap for Carers tribute which ran for 10 weeks during the first national lockdown. The bell ring lasted for two minutes with it's aim to help battle loneliness.
