This is a digital art print which was created from one of my photographs from my garden. This is a beautiful, high quality art piece of a detail from large brugmansia plant. It measures in ( cm) x in ( cm). The large, lush blooms are called Angels' Trumpets and are shaded in tones of peach and pink and are set against by lush, tropical foliage. This is cheery piece with calming, muted tones. When I moved from the cold, long winters of Washington, DC to the never-ending summer of South Florida, I found my love for growing flowers just kept expanding. I wanted to share photographs of them with my friends on social media which led to a love of photography. And finally, my background in computer science led to a love for manipulating these photographs into beautiful and original works of art. This is where I think I have found my niche. Growing and nurturing flowers gives me a sense of calm and fulfillment in a world that is sometimes chaotic. In my digital artwork, I try to find a way to convey that sense to the observer in a timeless image.
