The USO Spring 2016 Entertainment Tour featuring Miss America Betty Cantrell, country singer and 10-year Army veteran Craig Morgan, Panthers football player Charles Tillman, and Ultimate Fighting Championship fighters Anthony Pettis and Donald ‘Cowboy’ Cerrone visits Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson for their first stop March 12, 2016. The tour was led by Gen. Paul Selva, 10th Vice Chairman of the Joint Chief of Staffs, who used this as an opportunity to visit Arctic Warriors.
