But recently, as sexual assault and harassment is becoming more common to talk about candidly in both civilian and military capacities, it’s starting to open eyes. We’d rather see what we can do to prevent it than have to deal with the repercussions of something happening. It doesn’t just affect the individual, it degrades whole units.”
