PACIFIC (May 7, 2017) Quartermaster Seaman Patrick Casseus, of Far Rockaway, New York, operates a halyard on the Nimitz-class aircraft carrier USS Carl Vinson (CVN 70) signal bridge. The Navy has patrolled the Indo-Asia-Pacific routinely for more than 70 years promoting regional peace and security.
