If the nurse has, , any difficulty in drawing back the prepuce she shouldconsult the physician, but after the glans has once been fullyexposed there will be no further trouble. Soap or soapy water should never be used for bathing thedenuded and delicate tissue of the glans penis, but the partsshould be cleansed and the smegma removed with warm saltsolution or a weak solution o
