Ricardo Blancarte, 711th Human Performance Wing, receives buddy care for simulated injuries during the annual Tech Warrior Exercise at the National Center for Medical Readiness in Fairborn, Ohio. Tech Warrior gave researchers a taste of what it is like out in the field as well as giving developers a chance to demonstrate new technology under field conditions.
