Cosmos,—DAWN* ^1 This new variety comes into bloom in July and continues to flower until cut s) down by severe frost. Of good size; the W handsome circular flowers are white, I with a delicate tint of rose at the base of the petals. The plants are of compact, bushy growth, about four and one-half feet high. Valuable particularly for the North, where the seasons are too short for " other strains. New Yellow COSMOS—The "; The so-called u Yellow Cosmos" previously known (which we never offered) was not a Cosmos at all ! It was simply the old small-flowered Bidens ferulcefolia. This variety from Mexico, introduced last year, produced at Fordhook magnificent bright-yellow flowers, 2% to 3 inches n diameter, and was greatly admired.
