Several members of the English Defence League including their leaders Stephen "Tommy Robinson" Yaxley Lennon and Kevin Carroll visited the memorial to the victims of the 9-11 terrorist atrocities in the United states. Having beforehand appeared in court after being charged with incitement during the far right group's rally in Tower Hamlets, Robinson along with Carroll laid flowers and read messages from other wellwishers.
